Sheraton Bandung Hotel & Towers

Nice ambience, very relaxing and peaceful especially the room that we stayed facing lots of trees and natures. Happy that we could hear the Azan from our room. The room and balcony was spacious, spend every morning watched the Sun rise, it's so beautiful and birds chirping, saw the squirrel climbing the trees. Amazing. We stayed at the suite room for 4 days.
The staffs are friendly, polite, superfast and excellent services.
Not so happy that the Management cancel the BBQ buffet by the pool due to a wedding event and there's no dinner buffet during our 4 days stayed, so we decided to have our dinner at our room balcony instead.
Overall we are delighted to stay at Sheraton hotel & tower will definately come back for our next visit and recommend to our friends. Thank you very much for the hospitality. Kudos to the Management and staffs.
