Jerusalem | The Most Beautiful Sunset in the World

📍 Location: Mount of Olives
The Mount of Olives is a must-see on any trip to Jerusalem.
We set off from the Old City on our long-awaited sunset trip to the Mount of Olives.

🪦 On the way: Zechariah's Tomb and the "King David's Road"
✅ On the way to the Mount of Olives, we came across a large ancient cemetery, quiet and mysterious. One of the tombs is said to be that of Zechariah, full of historical weight.
✅ Curiosity drove us to explore the road along the cemetery. The guide mentioned that this road is the legendary escape route of King David when his son rebelled. Every step seemed to travel through time and space, back to that magnificent era.

⛪ Attraction: Church of All Nations
Leaving the cemetery and returning to the road, we looked up and saw the Church of All Nations. It is said that this is where Jesus spent his last night before being arrested. The solemn and majestic building makes people stop and think.

🌄 The Most Beautiful Sunset: The Highlight of the Whole Trip!
✅ Climbing the Mount of Olives is not easy. After a day of hiking, our legs were already protesting. We wanted to give up several times, but the expectation of the "most beautiful" night view supported us.
✅ Finally, at the moment when the sunset dyed the sky red, we stood on the top of the mountain. The whole city of Jerusalem seemed to be covered with a layer of golden light in the afterglow of the sunset. At that moment, all the fatigue was healed.

📷 Tips
✅ Best time to visit: Arrive at the top of the mountain 30 minutes before sunset and take your time to enjoy the changing light and shadow.
✅ Transportation: It is recommended to check the route in advance or take a taxi up the mountain to save time and effort.

If you come to Jerusalem, you must go to the Mount of Olives to experience this "most beautiful" sunset, a must-see landmark on your bucket list!
