1. Preparation: Book tickets in advance on the official WeChat account or major travel platforms. Adult tickets are CNY 98, and student/child tickets are CNY 49. Pack comfortable athletic shoes for strolling through the ancient town. If traveling in summer, bring sunscreen; in winter, dress warmly with thick coats, scarves, and gloves.

2. Transportation:

◦ High-speed Rail: Get off at Zhangqiu Station. A 10-minute taxi ride will get you there, costing about CNY 10–15.

◦ Car: Navigate directly to "Mingshui Ancient Town International Spring Water Tourist Resort." Parking at the scenic spot is CNY 2/hour.

3. Itinerary:

◦ Morning: Start from the visitor center and head to the Cloth Dyeing Workshop to admire the dyeing and printing tools, such as the hollow carved boards. The drying dyed cloths are colorful and great for photos. Then, go to the Meng Family Courtyard to appreciate the unique style of northern residences from the Qing Dynasty. You can also watch Zhangqiu Bangzi opera performances at the theater.

◦ Noon: Enjoy delicious food on Mingshui Street or Fufront Street. Spring water mutton soup is fresh, fragrant, and nourishing. Hanging oven baked sesame cakes are crispy and delicious. Iron pot dishes are fragrant.

◦ Afternoon: Visit the former residence of Li Qingzhao and experience the life of the "first talented woman of the ages" by the Shuyu Spring and Plum Blossom Spring. Then, go to Baimai Spring Park to admire the pearl-spitting Baimai Spring, the ink-colored Mo Spring, and the glittering Jinjing Spring.
