Jinxia Nanju, the carefree nest for retired sisters!

Life after retirement is truly getting more and more comfortable! This time, a few old sisters and I went to Moon Bay in Jing County, Anhui. The scenery was so beautiful it was intoxicating. We stayed at Jinxia Nanju Guesthouse, and the environment and service were incredibly pleasant! Today, I want to share this unforgettable travel experience with everyone. 🌿🏞️

🏡 Quiet moments in the mountain cottage 🌿
As soon as we arrived at Jinxia Nanju Guesthouse, we were deeply attracted by the Hui-style architecture. White walls and black tiles, simple and elegant, as if stepping into a traditional ink painting. We stayed in a mountain view room; opening the window revealed a sea of green, with distant mountains faintly visible, making us feel isolated from the world and our souls at unprecedented peace. Every morning, waking up to the birdsong was so delightful that we didn’t want to leave. 🌅

The guesthouse is right next to the famous Moon Bay scenic area. We slowly walked along the bluestone path, flanked by dense bamboo forests, occasionally spotting a few squirrels darting about, which was very fun. The most unforgettable moment was the bamboo raft drifting. The starting point was not far from the guesthouse. The light boat floated on the emerald river, and the scenery on both banks unfolded like a painting. At that moment, all worries drifted away with the wind. 🚣‍♀️

In the evening, back at the guesthouse, we also experienced KTV. Although we are older, our mood for singing is forever young! A few old sisters sang loudly, as if returning to our youthful days. The guesthouse also offers rich entertainment facilities, such as a viewing balcony and a media room. Every corner is filled with the joy of life. 🌈

🍽️ The taste of Huizhou on the tongue 🍜
Of course, how can a trip be without delicious food? The guesthouse restaurant serves authentic Huizhou cuisine, and every dish is unforgettable. Especially the stinky mandarin fish—though the name sounds a bit strange, it tastes incredibly fresh and fragrant, earning endless praise. Breakfast was also very rich, with various grains and cereals, nutritious and healthy, adding more delicious memories to our trip. 🥣

This trip not only let me feel the beauty of nature but also the goodness of life. After retirement, with more free time, I definitely want to travel more, see different scenery, and enjoy different lifestyles. Thanks to Jinxia Nanju Guesthouse for giving us an unforgettable experience. ❤️
