Jingzhou, formerly known as Jiangling, is located in the south-central part of Hubei Province, on the south bank of the middle reaches of the Yangtze River. It is one of China's famous historical and cultural cities. This city not only has a long history, but also enjoys the reputation of being the "key to the land of Chu" due to its unique geographical location. As one of the birthplaces of Chu culture, Jingzhou also has a rich cultural heritage, such as the large number of cultural relics collected in the Jingzhou Museum, as well as famous attractions such as the Jingzhou City Wall and Guan Gong Temple.
