Gold Museum & Big Gold Brick｜New Taipei Ruifang｜Must-see Attractions

When I arrived at the Gold Museum, I was surprised to find it so big!
The Gold Museum is located in Ruifang District, New Taipei City. The Gold Museum was built by the former Taiwan Metal Mining Company and is Taiwan's first ecological museum. It tells the mining history and culture of Jinguashi, allowing modern people to experience the prosperity of Jinguashi in the past.
The Gold Museum is more than just a museum, because of its large area, it allows us to learn more about history! The museum is more like a gold mine.
The historical exhibition area includes the Gold Hall, Gold Refining Building, and Metal Craft Hall for visitors; there are also real mines and gold digging experience tours for experiential purposes.
Then you can't miss the buildings and shrines preserved during the Japanese colonial period in the park⛩️
A day spent here will pass in a flash.
What Xinqing found most fun was the gold digging experience, which is an activity not to be missed for those who visit Jinguashi for the first time.
The tour simulates the process of our ancestors discovering gold alluvial deposits at the bottom of Keelung River. Through the introduction and instructions of the tour guide, you can wash out the gold alluvial deposits in the materials with simple steps, allowing you to bring back the "first bottle of gold" in your life, which is also the best memory of your visit to the Gold Museum!
