Jinguashi Gold Museum ⚱️Explore the history and culture of the golden mountain city

Jinguashi Gold Museum is an open museum located in Jinguashi, Ruifang District, New Taipei City, which displays the gold mining history and cultural heritage of the Jinguashi area. This year I went to the Jinguashi Gold Museum, visited various exhibitions and activities, experienced the fun of gold panning, and felt the mining culture here.

Jinguashi Gold Museum is about 5 kilometers away from Jiufen, and there are many transportation options available. I chose to take Keelung Bus No. 1062, starting from the Jiufen Old Street entrance and arriving at the museum entrance in about 20 minutes. The bus fare is calculated based on mileage, and is approximately 30 yuan per trip. The bus service is very frequent and punctual, making it a convenient and cost-effective option.

I think the Jinguashi Gold Museum is a place that is very worth visiting. Not only can you learn a lot about gold and mining, but you can also experience the mining culture and customs. This is not only a museum, but also a vivid historical story book, which allows us to understand Jinguashi, a place that was once glorious but full of suffering, from different perspectives.
