During this period, the weather in the Jiuzhaigou Valley is cold to below zero. Both the surrounding mountains and trees are covered in snow, and the lakes and waterfalls turn into ice. This is the only season where we can see the blue lake amidst the white trees, looking as beautiful as a painting.
