A Memorable Stay with Exceptional Hospitality

We spent 2 days at Taj Hari Mahal, Jodhpur, to celebrate my friend’s birthday. The place is beautiful with sophisticated architecture, verdant surroundings, and a lovely atmosphere. The meals and cocktails were remarkable—both breakfast and dinner featured an excellent selection with plenty of options. The standout of the visit was the friendly professionalism of the staff, who made us feel valued: Mr. Laxman, Mr. Vikram, Mr. Lukendra, Mr. Surendra, Mr. Jagpal, Mr. Akan, Mr. Kuber, Mr. Buddha Ram, Ms. Sarita, and Mr. Mohan. They embodied the true Taj hospitality spirit. However, the front desk experience with Ms. Santosh was a letdown—lacking smile, warmth, and hospitality, which is unexpected from Taj, where first impressions are crucial. A recommendation: a cultural evening event or high tea would be an excellent way to showcase Rajasthan’s heritage and enhance the guest experience. Apart from the front desk encounter, everything else was unforgettable. I still strongly recommend Taj Hari Mahal for its stunning setting, delicious food, and the outstanding team that made our stay special.
