JB Holiday Villa Deluxe Room 2003

Positives

- Rooms on this side have the best views. The other side not so much as there is a tall building being built next to the hotel
- The infinity pool (25th floor) is the best and one of the only good things about this hotel. Pool opens from 7am to 10pm and has fantastic sunrise views and night views of JB.
- The other good thing is the location (opposite KSL)

Negatives
- Room feels a little tired (in need of a refresh)
- Sound insulation (both door and window need to be improved. Can hear neighbouring doors closing, can also hear what the next door neighbour is talking about. Can also hear the traffic.
- Bed is on the hard side
- Toilet has bathtub but no separate shower area. Worse is the design of the tub. Water from bathing is collected on the side and will eventually flow to the toilet floor and flood the toilet. No way to prevent that.
- Very poor quality toothbrush and toothpaste
- Bath towels are very worn.
