Clean and Super Spacious Hotel with Car Lift

Cleanliness:
- In terms cleanliness, the room isn’t really immaculate. Could see some dust settling on the poster frames. Ceiling fans are white with noticeably dust. But generally it’s quite dust free in any other areas in the room.
- Carpetted floor are quite clean with no signs of stains.

Amenities:
- Both living room and bedroom were equipped with smart tv - plus point. So can access Netflix.
- Room is very spacious. Suitable to bring guests for parties.
- The view from the room at level 19 is unobstructed. So it’s quite scenic.
- The tv was installed in the positioned right in front of the bed.
- The shower area and bathtub are separated.
- The bath tub is very clean and spacious.
- Bath tub is super clean. However they need to improve on the visible moulds and the shower area.
- Indoor Ventilation fan works well, so no unpleasant smell intruding the bedroom.
- Beds and linens are comfortable. Additional pillows can be requested.
- For a room that’s spacious, I would prefer a wardrobe that’s covered. Can fully utilise the space instead of an exposed one.

Parking:
- The Carpark is accessible by the car lift. So be careful when driving into the lift. However there’s a guard to help you manoeuvre & guide you to the vacant parking slot.
- The carpark is quite secure as it’s only accessible by guests with access cards only. So you can be worry-free.

Attractions:
- Located just opposite Pasar Karat which is a weekend night market. Can be seen from the hotel room.
- Walkable distance of approximately 8 mins to JB City Square.
- Abundance of convenience mart nearby.

Service:
- For room service, they only replaced the towels and toiletries. No signs of them cleaning or mopping the bathroom.
- On the overall, I will definitely come back again.
