Great service all around - attentive, warm and friendly staffs, also super helpful and very prompt. i have been coming here since i was a kid, always loved the magnificent interior, just transports me to a dreamworld.. the rooms are always clean during our stays and the location is great with quite a number of food establishments available nearby the hotel.

sea view rooms are great as you can see Singapore really close by! but a side note, would be best to get a room on a higher floor for sea view as you could hear the night happenings from the hotel club. when we stayed on level 11, you can still hear the thumping, but when we stayed on higher levels, it was ok. so yeah, that, or get a city view room instead!
