📜 History
• First built in 1922. One of the oldest Hindu temples in Johor Bahru
• 1991: During extensive renovations, the entire building was adorned with glass shards and mirrors.
• Now better known by its nickname, the "Glass Temple."

🏛 Features
• The exterior and interior are adorned with millions of glass shards, creating a unique architectural style that reflects and sparkles in the sunlight and light.
• Although the temple is dedicated to Hindu deities (particularly the goddess Kali), the interior also displays statues of figures from other religions, including Buddha, Jesus, and Islamic scholars → symbolizing interfaith harmony.
• Recognized by the Malaysian Antiquities Authority as one of Johor Bahru's representative religious and cultural sites.
