Seon Eun-nye Restaurant is located in a back alley near Jongno 5-ga Station, a famous spot in Gwangjang Market. 🏠
Take a stroll down a narrow alleyway that's easy to miss at first glance, and you'll find it at the end!
The restaurant's exterior has a very retro feel, but that certainly adds to the delicious atmosphere. 🥹✨
The restaurant opens at 7am, and apparently, many Gwangjang Market workers stop by for breakfast. 🙂
When you enter, a busy-looking Korean mother will guide you to a suitable seat. lol
The main dish is jjigae, and I ordered the popular oogoji jjigae. 🙂
The jjigae is served on a flower-shaped aluminum plate, like the ones you often see in Korean dramas, along with a variety of side dishes!! The visuals are perfect! 🥹✨
The side dishes and jjigae are all homemade and delicious! 🥲
By the way, if you order two or more servings, you'll get rice cooked in a pot!
It was a fantastic restaurant that truly gave me a real local feel. 🥹🇰🇷
I highly recommend it before heading to Gwangjang Market. 🙆♀️
