A Unique Transformation of a Large Hanok: Seonhyewon in Seoul

Seonhyewon, the former home of the SK Group founder, has been reborn as a new art museum, planned by the Jeju Podo Museum.
The works of Kim Soo-ja, known as the "Bottari Artist," are on display.
Hundreds of mirrors, reflecting the rafters and roofs of traditional Korean houses, are laid out on the floor,
and another bundle, a moon jar, is placed beneath the curved roof.

Dedicate yourself to Seonhyewon, a place where you can appreciate the artworks that can only be expressed in a large hanok.

: Each bathroom stall is decorated with a different theme,
making the bathroom feel like a work of art. A small white circle under the handle means the room is empty, but the door may be unlocked, so knock first.

Free water is provided in the hanok across from the first-floor exhibition hall.
You can sit and gaze out at the courtyard, as if you were in a hanok cafe.
