Pork shabu-shabu, one of Kagoshima's gourmet dishes
This restaurant has an irori hearth right when you enter, and it's a rare style where the pot is heated over charcoal.
By heating it over charcoal, the temperature is kept constant and no scum comes out.
I ordered the pork shabu-shabu tasting set (¥3550).
You can eat half each of Chami pork and Kurobuta pork 🐷
The soup stock in the pot is effective, so it's incredibly delicious when eaten with lots of vegetables! !
It comes with egg yolk to change the flavor, so it's nice to eat it with meatballs or meat ❤️
The final dish is soba noodles, and since the soup stock is like soba soup, you can just put it in the pot as it is and top it with seaweed and wasabi.
The soba noodles were delicious and I fell in love with Kagoshima's pork shabu-shabu.
The tonkatsu looked really delicious, so if I have the chance, I'd like to try it next time!
