[Kagoshima • Sakurajima] Scenery, gourmet food, and Sakurajima. A one-day tour packed with everything | Kagoshima

I went on a day trip to Kagoshima where I could experience cherry blossoms, the sea, and local flavors🌸
Even if I didn't have much time, there were plenty of moments where I could feel the local flavor🫧

The first place I stopped at was the traditional sweet shop "Hirataya".
The specialty, Jambo Mochi, has a perfect combination of sweet and salty sauce and a fragrant grilled finish, and every bite relaxes my mind.
In the quiet shop, I sat by the window and Sakurajima was right in front of me.
It was a luxurious time with mochi, tea, and a magnificent view.

After that, I took a ferry and looked at Sakurajima from the sea.
The sea breeze made me feel like I was on a trip, and even the ordinary scenery felt precious.

Finally, I did a little shopping in the arcade street.
As I walked along the road lined with cherry blossoms, I naturally thought, "Ah... I want to come here again."
