I tried Kagoshima's Shirokuma.

This was my second trip to Kagoshima! While researching Kagoshima's gourmet options, I came across Kagoshima's Shirokuma, which piqued my interest, so I decided to check it out. Take the streetcar from Kagoshima Chuo Station and get off at Tenmonkan Station. You'll see the arcade right away, and inside the arcade is a restaurant called Mujaki. They have both a first and second floor, with the first floor having a wider selection.
I ate at the restaurant on the second floor, which is a standard restaurant, but most people seemed to order Shirokuma. The portions were generous, both baby size and regular size, and I was cold after eating. The portions were generous, cheap at under 1,000 yen, and included a variety of fruit, sweet potatoes, and fruit cocktails. It tasted like heaven.
