There is 200 years of history hidden between the blue bricks and gray tiles here. Not only can you visit unique Lingnan ancient buildings, but also various literary and artistic atmospheres and diverse experiences. It is worth a visit.

There are many specialty restaurants, cafes and creative shops in the compound. The variety of delicious food is so dazzling that I don’t know which one to eat first.

🔶Old Warehouse (Beishan Theater): This used to be the Beishan Theater, and has now been transformed into an old warehouse, retaining the atmosphere of the 1980s. It is a great place to take photos.
🔶Beishan Guild Hall: Formerly the Beishan Township Temple, it has now been transformed into a comprehensive space integrating art, culture, and education.
🔶Yang's Ancestral Hall: This ancient building, built in the Qing Dynasty, is famous for its exquisite stone carvings, brick carvings, and wood carvings. It is a good place to learn about Lingnan culture.
🔶Tingyun Bookstore: Located in the Yang Clan Ancestral Hall, it is a bookstore full of literary atmosphere and also a cafe.
🔶Yidimiao (Herbal Tea Bar): Serves herbal tea and coffee during the day and transforms into a bar at night. It retains some old items from Yidi Temple and has a unique style.
