[Kanagawa Prefecture/Kaminomizu Shrine] The god of water enshrined on a small hill

Kaminomizu Jingu is a shrine within the grounds of Zeniarai Benzaiten Ugafuku Shrine.
The main shrine is located at the back of the main shrine, and enshrines the clear water that springs from a small hill.
The enshrined deity is Mizuhanome-no-kami.
Said to be a god born from the excrement of Izanami-no-mikoto.
To the left of the main shrine, many carp swim gracefully.
Speaking of Zeniarai, you can usually visit the main shrine and inner shrine, but we recommend touring the three shrines within the grounds, totaling five shrines!
