Tsuki to Matsu is famous for its Karasumi soba. It is a luxurious dining experience in a traditional Japanese house. The Karasumi is flavorful and incredibly delicious. It is said to be produced on Boze Island in Hyogo Prefecture. The staff were very friendly and the soba course was absolutely delicious.
