Tucked away in a quiet corner of Yuigahama, just a short walk from the sea, THE TABLE is the in-house restaurant of BIRD HOTEL—a tranquil hotel project by the creators of Kamakura’s beloved GARDEN HOUSE. Surrounded by lush greenery, the entrance path feels like a hidden garden, and the open terrace makes it all the more inviting.

We enjoyed their pasta set for a weekend lunch: a fresh salad, chilled corn soup, tomato-based Amatriciana pasta, and a light dessert. Every bite was delicious, with a satisfying balance of flavor and portion. The atmosphere was relaxed, stylish, and far from the weekend crowds you’d expect in Kamakura.

Perfect for a quiet escape with good food and nature all around—this place is a little slice of coastal serenity.
