Kamakura 1 day trip from Tokyo🇯🇵

Kamakura is a charming coastal city located just south of Tokyo, Japan, renowned for its rich historical and cultural heritage. Today, it is celebrated for its numerous ancient temples, shrines, and the iconic Great Buddha, a massive bronze statue standing at approximately 13 meters tall in the serene Kotoku-in Temple. Visitors to Kamakura can also enjoy the tranquil beauty of its natural surroundings, including lush hiking trails and picturesque beaches. The city offers a unique blend of traditional and modern Japanese culture, making it a popular destination for both history enthusiasts and those seeking a peaceful retreat from the bustling metropolis of Tokyo.

🚞Transport
Take JR Sobu rapid line ( I come from Bakurocho Station) -> Kamakura Station about 1 hour
When arrived Kamakura, I recommend to buy Enoden 1 day pass (about 800 yen) to transport the green iconic train in Kamakura.
