Serene Beauty by the Sea in Hasedera Temple

#asiabudgetchallenge
I visited Hasedera Temple, a peaceful hillside sanctuary in Kamakura famous for its stunning eleven-headed Kannon statue and breathtaking views of Yuigahama Beach. The temple grounds are beautifully maintained, especially in hydrangea season. You’ll also find small Jizo statues, a tranquil cave, and a lovely pond garden.

💰 Budget: Around ¥500 for entrance, and about ¥1,000–¥2,000 for snacks and souvenirs nearby.

✨ Top Travel Tip: Visit in the late afternoon to enjoy fewer crowds and catch the golden hour from the observation deck overlooking the sea—truly magical.
