Would you like to try a Michelin-starred restaurant in Buam-dong, Seoul?

🇰🇷 Seoul Buam-dong
Jaha Song Mandu

⭐️Michelin Guide Seoul 2017~2024

A traditional Korean dumpling specialty store that opened in 1993.
No chemical seasonings are used, and everything served, including seasonings such as soy sauce and side dishes such as kimchi, is handmade.

I ordered
떡만두국 Dumpling soup with rice cakes🥟

Dumpling soup with rice cakes made of colorful dumplings in pink, yellow, green, and white, using vegetables such as spinach, carrots, and beets.

Beef is simmered for 5 to 6 hours in a soup seasoned with green onions, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, etc. It's simple and elegant 🫢 with a refreshing taste 🥹

The soup contains soft rice cakes called 조랭이떡 ... It's a restaurant in the north of Seoul, with a nice view and well-maintained garden, so it's definitely worth a visit as it's listed in the Michelin Guide☺️✨✨

It has a light taste that makes the most of the flavor of the ingredients, so it's perfect when you're tired of spicy food^^*

📍 자하손만두
Seoul Jeongeun-gu 백석동길 12
11:00~21:00 Closed on Mondays
*It's far from the subway station, so it's best to take a bus or taxi

They also sell frozen dumplings. I want to buy some to take home (lol)
