Hawaiian style cafe with sea view, Kamakura 🌊🌞

The Sunrise Shack is a cute little Hawaiian-themed cafe with a relaxing seaside vibe. It's another recommended stop when visiting Kamakura.

The cafe is located on the beach road. Order food and drinks on the first floor and then head up to the second floor. There aren't many tables, so if you go during peak hours, you might have to wait a bit. Personally, I like to sit at the bar by the window, where you can enjoy the view.

I ordered a lemonade soda and it was okay, but I also ordered an iced black tea, which had a strange taste. It was sweet and dark, and had shredded coconut in it, so I couldn't finish it. The fried chicken was also okay, freshly fried and hot. I felt like ordering the chicken was a better value than ordering the drinks. 😂 Overall, it was okay. I really enjoyed the view from the window. 🤍
