I stayed in an ocean view room at The Empire Brunei, a 7-star hotel in Brunei. The room was in the SEAVIEW building, and it was a 2-3 minute walk from the building where the reception was located. Drinks in the refrigerator (no alcohol as it is Islamic), snacks and tea bags are all free. Mineral water was provided in plastic bottles.
