Enjoy the rich, dried sardine ramen "Hinna" at Komyoji Temple

I went to Menya Niboshi to Tori Hinna, located right next to Gyōmyōji Station in Yokohama.

The soup is thick and rich, as you can tell from the appearance, but the smooth, thin noodles make it easy to eat.

The recommended dish here is the refill in the third photo. It's a little different from the usual simple refill, as it's already flavored!
Of course, you can eat it by adding it to the noodles, but I also recommend stirring it in like mixed soba and eating it as is 😋
