Azumayama Park, located very close to Ninomiya Station, is also famous as a cherry blossom viewing spot. It is a wonderful park where you can enjoy Mt. Fuji and cherry blossoms while looking down on the Shonan coast from a small hill. It is also a good place for a little exercise, so it seems like a good choice for a spring destination.
