Noto Beef Steak at Omicho Norichan by Noboruya.

For our last lunch in Kanazawa, we dined at the restaurant "Omicho Norichan by Noboruya" located on the basement floor of Omicho Market. 🍽️

The restaurant is famous for its bento menu, offering reasonably priced Noto beef. 😆

You can enjoy the meal in three stages: first, eat it as is, then wrapped in seaweed, and finally as ochazuke (rice with tea). 😋
