Located next to the 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art, this small and exquisite traditional art museum mainly displays Noh and Kyogen-related performing arts. Tickets are not expensive, so if you are interested in Japanese Noh, you can come and have a look.

Noh masks are displayed on the first floor, where you can try on masks and Noh costumes and take photos. The second floor is a special exhibition room where photos are not allowed. The third floor is only used for workspace activities such as photography talk events, photography poems, and Noh mask making experiences.
