If you want to enjoy Kanazawa oden, you should definitely visit Seasonal Oden Jun. The great thing about it is that you can order oden individually or as a platter! ✨

This time, I ordered the oden platter and dashi rice. It was an assortment of classic daikon radish and Kanazawa-specific gluten, and the light broth made it easy to eat! It's a compact counter-only restaurant.

The owner was friendly and even gave me some recommendations for sightseeing in Kanazawa!

It's located a little ways down the street, among several other restaurants called Toryanse, making it a hidden gem. 🏮
