The vegetarian set menu at Neiwei Art Center is very healthy. (SOUP) Restaurant is a great place for brunch.

Today I went to SO_UP, a light food restaurant inside the Neiwei Art Center in Gushan District, Kaohsiung. It's perfect for a weekend stroll or a movie. The all-white design of the Neiwei Art Center is also perfect for photo ops! SOUP serves brunch from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The staff are young, attractive, and friendly. I ordered a set menu with two soups. (Very Sponge Gourd Soup) Sponge Gourd, onion, shimeji mushrooms, and white fungus. (Corn, Rice, and Wheat Soup) Corn, oat milk, onion, carrot, garlic sprouts, and vegetable broth. (Beetroot and Apple Soup) Beetroot, apple, onion, tomato, eggplant, and celery. All very healthy. I finished three bowls of soup by myself. My favorites: the yellow (corn) for its texture, the green (sponge gourd) for its aroma, and the red (beetroot) for its nutrition. This is a great vegetarian restaurant and highly recommended.
