Many locals eat tempura udon 🍤

Many people say that the restaurants in Karuizawa Prince Plaza are quite expensive. When I went back to Prince Plaza after cycling, there was an oversized authentic tempura udon at the end, filled with local Japanese.
We ordered a tempura soup udon, a tempura soba noodles, and a kids meal. The udon was very smooth, straight into the mouth, so good that my daughter ate the whole bowl by herself. The tempura is fried deliciously, crispy and not too hot.
They also have authentic pickles you can buy and eat!
