"Shinshu beef hot pot and shabu-shabu, a spacious and comfortable restaurant in Karuizawa"

It was a cold night, and on the way back I saw this shop was open, so I went in to try it out.

📍Location: About 7 minutes walk from JR Karuizawa Station.

🏠Environment: A two-storey independent house with a unique appearance. It has an outdoor garden dining area and an indoor Japanese-style area, which is very spacious and comfortable.

🤵🏻Service: Orders were taken manually and they were very polite.

🍽️Dinner market: Mainly featuring Shinshu brand beef🥩 and soba🍜. 🥲We didn’t notice that the menu was divided into a la carte and set menus, so we just ordered two beef pots, and we weren’t very full 😌.
🥢Sukiyaki🥘 ¥2400
The main course is about six thinly sliced ​​large pieces of beef🥩, not much fat, with some vegetables🥬. First pour the sukiyaki sauce into the stone pot, and you can cook it immediately. It is also served with a raw egg 🥚 to add some egg sauce. The beef tastes very tender and meaty 😋, not bad, but it is not filling.
🥢Shabu Shabu🍲 ¥2400
It's basically the same ingredients, just a different way of cooking. The soup base is like water 😗, so you can taste the original flavor of the ingredients 🥹. If you think it is too bland, you can also order the accompanying radish soy sauce, which is a bit salty. ☺️ Personally, I think it would taste better if served in the form of Sukiyaki.
