We visited the wildly popular Karuizawa restaurant, "LONGING HOUSE Karuizawa," where we enjoyed delicious vegetables.

Our head chef, a vegetable sommelier, personally visits farms all over Japan, from Hokkaido in the north to Kyushu and Okinawa in the south, carefully selecting the vegetables he tastes, seeing, touching, and tasting them firsthand.

Large dogs are welcome inside the restaurant, which is a bonus! 🐕🦺💕
