Japanese restaurant section: Cafe in Karuizawa Station

Since I arrived in Karuizawa at 1:30, I was already very hungry and had no mood to look for a restaurant. I saw a restaurant inside the station that seemed good and I went in without having to queue. Indeed, the environment is beautiful, but the food is just average.

📍Location: Karuizawa Station, just exit the gate and arrive within one minute.

🏠Environment: The entrance is quite narrow, but the interior is spacious and bright, with large windows on all four sides. Outside the windows is the railway and the connecting overpass, from which you can see the beautiful scenery of Karuizawa. There is also a bar and a four-person wooden table by the window. Under the sunshine, the light is sufficient and bright, and it is a very comfortable and simple environment.

🤵🏻Service: Self-service ordering, self-service pick-up and closing, take-away service is also available.

🍽️Lunch: Several dishes are available, priced between ¥580 and ¥1300, which is not expensive.

🥢Wenyushan vegetables そば🍜 ¥900
😅A very light bowl of soba noodles, with only 🥚hot spring egg and chopped green onion seaweed as the ingredients. The texture of the soba noodles is the same as usual in Hong Kong 🙂, ordinary.

🥢Shinshu Wild Vegetables のビーフカレー🍛 ¥1300
This is beef curry rice with vegetables and half an egg, but the curry sauce is very ordinary, not spicy at all. I had a similar taste in Hong Kong, which is much worse than the last meal in Zao Onsen, but the price is the same.
