Karuizawa gourmet・enboca🍕

For lunch in Karuizawa, try the popular Italian restaurant enboca 🍃

Reservations are required & it's very popular, so I made a reservation as soon as I decided to go!

Their pizzas are made with seasonal ingredients, but there were so many varieties that it was hard to choose 🤧💭

The menu I ordered was:

- Lotus root (basil sauce, pine nuts) & asparagus (anchovy sauce, two kinds of cheese) half

- Strawberry & peach

There were many other dishes that caught my eye 👀✨
I want to go in different seasons and try different kinds 😻
