This is Katori Shrine in Katori City, Chiba Prefecture.
The long lines are incredible during New Year's.
They also hold various events every month.
The main hall and Sakuramon Gate are designated as important cultural properties of Japan.
I've never seen one myself, but apparently there's also a national treasure mirror.
