About 20 minutes' walk from getting off at Kawayu Onsen Station on the Senmo Line, the surrounding vegetation suddenly disappeared, and I felt as if I had stepped into another world. Yes, it's an environment where vegetation cannot grow due to sulfur gas. The mountainside is dyed yellow, white smoke rises vigorously from all over, and the strong smell of sulfur fills the nose. The raw energy of nature is overwhelming just standing there. Even though it is a tourist spot, there is a wild and mysterious atmosphere, and it is a place where you can feel the heartbeat of the "living earth" that cannot be conveyed in a photograph. #Spring0yenTrip
