A Journey Back to Childhood at the Fujiko F. Fujio Museum

The Fujiko F. Fujio Museum, located in Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture, is a dreamlike space where you can immerse yourself in the world of Fujiko F. Fujio's masterpieces, such as Doraemon and Perman. Visiting in autumn, I was thrilled by the original artwork exhibits and short animated films in the theater. Outdoors, there are photo spots that recreate iconic scenes from his works, like the Anywhere Door and the vacant lot's pipes. The café offers character-themed menu items, and the gift shop is well-stocked with merchandise. It was a heartwarming experience that brought back childhood memories. Whether traveling solo or as a couple, this is a journey that will leave you smiling.
