Transportation Guide 4 Ways:
1. Take the train to Keelung Railway Station and get off + walk 10 minutes up the hill
2. Take the passenger or bus to Keelung Transfer Station + walk 10 minutes up the hill
3. Drive to Keelung Railway Station (there are many paid parking spaces available near the railway station) + walk 10 minutes up the hill
4. Directly navigate to "Taiping Qingdao Bookstore" and there are a few parking spaces available~

"Taiping Bluebird Bookstore" was rebuilt from Taiping Elementary School!
The school that was closed due to the declining birthrate was converted into a scenic bookstore, giving the old school a second life~~

On the way up the hill to the bookstore, you can see the landmark English pinyin sign of "Keelung"! (Imitating Hollywood, right 🤣)
I recommend you take some photos here! It looks very good!

The business hours of Bluebird Bookstore are: 10:00-18:00 (Wednesday-Sunday)

The first floor of the bookstore mainly sells local books. On the left hand side, there is a reading area where people can sit on the floor in slippers~ There is also a food ordering area and a small number of seating areas
The second floor of the bookstore is the main seating area. The seats on the second floor cannot see the sea view, but the large landscape windows can see the tropical plants on the mountain wall~
There are also cute illustrations on the glass to introduce plants and organisms!
I recommend everyone to come and get to know the lovely green vegetation on the hillside!
The ordering area on the second floor is very special! We sell freshly brewed tea! You can see the staff making tea on site~ There is also a dessert cabinet!
The third floor of the bookstore is currently an open space. You can bring your meals (tea, coffee, desserts) up and enjoy them. However, there are no chairs on this floor. I personally think it is more suitable for taking photos! In front you can see the beautiful sea and ship views of Keelung Harbor, and in the back, just like on the second floor, you can see hillside vegetation!

After a visit, I felt that the children who used to study and attend classes here were very lucky, as they could see beautiful scenery in the corridor every day!
