"Industrial Memories in Ruins – The Agena Shipyard."

The Agenn Shipyard, located near Badouzi in Keelung, Taiwan, was built during the Japanese colonial period. Initially used to build warships and merchant ships, it later became a civilian shipyard after the war. After work ceased in 1987, the site gradually fell into disrepair, leaving only its massive reinforced concrete structure and crumbling exterior walls. Today, this seemingly ruined site has become a popular photo spot, attracting photographers, filmmakers, and even wedding photographers for its unique aesthetic and desolate atmosphere.

1. Transportation: Take the train to Badouzi Station, which is a 10-minute walk away. Driving by car, use the navigation system to find the Agenn Shipyard.

3. Safety Reminder: The building is old and at risk of collapse. It is recommended to only admire and photograph from the perimeter and avoid entering the dangerous area. 4. Nearby Attractions: Badouzi Chaojing Park and the National Museum of Marine Science and Technology, both of which can be combined into a day trip.
