The Tokyo Bay Aqua-Line is a combination of an underwater tunnel and a bridge that connects Kawasaki City in Kanagawa Prefecture with Kisarazu City in Chiba Prefecture. The Mitsui Outlet Park Kisarazu is located right next to the bridge.

The total length is 15.1 km, consisting of a 9.6 km underwater tunnel and a 4.4 km elevated bridge (the longest in Japan), with an artificial island at the central connection point.

This artificial island is incredibly pro, featuring shopping, various restaurants, Starbucks, convenience stores, and an unbeatable sea view terrace—super comfortable to hang out! There’s also a free sea view foot bath, sea view men's restroom, and sea view sinks—super cool.
