Take the "Nikrin Sonic" express train 🚆, depart from Fukuoka Hakata, transfer to the northernmost #Moji Port in Kyushu, and then take a boat ⛴️ across the #Kanmon Strait to the other side of the Honshu's Yamaguchi Prefecture #Shimonoseki City. This is where the Qing government signed the Treaty of Shimonoseki with Japan to cede Taiwan. I visited #AkamaJingu and then took the underwater tunnel from Honshu to Kyushu, which is about 800 meters long.

The shrimp I bought was only HK$50, with 7 pieces, plump and sweet. Looking at the Kanmon Strait, basking in the sun🌞, feeling the sea breeze🌬️, eating sweet shrimp🦐, a sense of happiness⬆️⬆️⬆️

After completing the trip to Shimonoseki, I returned to #Mojiko in Kyushu on the other side. Mojiko, the northernmost station in Kyushu, Japan, was first opened in 1889 and was once prosperous, with many Western trading companies, Western-style buildings, and banks gathering here. I visited #Wafukari Shrine⛩️ and went to #Mojiko Nostalgia District to admire the Western-style buildings. Finally, we visited the #九州铁道博物馆🚂 to learn about the history of Japanese railway development.
