Take a luxury ferry to Kyushu

Today, we will take our friends across from Osaka to Kyushu, a large island in southern Japan. Normally, most tourists choose to take a plane or Shinkansen because it is faster. But this time, we went with a local Japanese person from Kyushu, so we tried the experience of taking a boat.

Hankyu Ferry is a large ferry with 3 floors. Inside, there is a lobby, souvenir shop, restaurant, public bath, hot spring, children's playroom, single-bed and double-bed bedrooms. It's like a hotel on a boat.

It took us about 8 hours to travel from Osaka to Kyushu. We bought a ticket for the 19:00 boat and arrived in Kyushu at 6:00 the next morning, so we slept on the boat.

You can go up to the upper deck of the boat to see the view. In the evening, the sunset is very beautiful. Many people go up to take pictures.

The highlight of this boat is probably the hot spring in the middle of the sea. We have to take a shower and cleanse our bodies before going down to soak in the pool with other people. No need to be shy at this moment. Take it off and enjoy the beautiful view while soaking in the hot spring. It's so awesome.
