First time in Japan ★ Germany's No. 1 gelato

Introducing a gelato shop on the first floor of Mosaic in Kobe Harborland.

"IceCreamUnited" produced by Lukas Podolski, a former German national soccer team player who also played for Vissel Kobe.

The gelato is made with natural ingredients and is low in sugar, so it doesn't feel sticky on your hands, according to the shop assistant.

I tried an ice cream burger with gelato ice cream sandwiched between two pieces of bread.
It's a hot sandwich made by sandwiching cold gelato between brioche, a sweet bread, which is toasted until golden brown.
It was my first time trying it, but it had a new texture and was delicious.
