[Kobe] The new Kobe Port Tower

It reopened on Friday, April 26, 2024. It is one of the symbols of Kobe. There is a cafe with a 360-degree rotating floor on the upper floors, which is paid, and shops on the lower floors, which are free. Recommended for sightseeing in Kobe.
