[Kobe] Atour crowds after 16:30 on weekdays

This is an urban aquarium that shines with art. Each floor has a different theme, which changes the atmosphere. There are piranhas, garden eels, turtles, penguins, capybaras, and more. I went on a weekday evening and it wasn't crowded, and sometimes the entire floor was even rented out. I was moved by the beauty of the art. This is a recommended spot for sightseeing in Kobe.
