[Hyogo Prefecture] Kobe Port Tower to reopen in 2024!

I went to visit the Kobe Port Tower, which was renovated on April 26, 2024. Since I didn't have much time, I tried out the low-rise floors, which are free to use. The first to fourth floors are called the low-speed floors. There is a shop on the second floor that sells souvenirs. The third and fourth floors are restaurants.
